Proud

Proud presents an android in a powerful, upright pose, confronting the viewer with a quiet sense of presence and self-awareness. Its exposed mechanical structure becomes a symbol of identity rather than weakness. The work questions whether pride, dignity, and a sense of self can belong to something created by humanity.

The Android Series explores the quiet space where artificial intelligence meets human vulnerability. By portraying androids through gestures of exhaustion, grief, contemplation, and hope, I question what truly defines humanity - and suggest that empathy may become the most meaningful bridge between human and machine.
